Welcome to StructureVera. This document serves as the primary architectural framework for our legal relationship. By accessing our platform, you are entering into a binding technical agreement that governs the use of our applications, infrastructure, and intellectual property.
We operate on the principle of technical integrity. These terms are not mere formalities; they are the constraints within which we deliver high-performance gaming applications and backend solutions. Failure to adhere to these parameters results in a breach of the operational environment we maintain for all users.

Encompasses the StructureVera website, all mobile gaming applications (StructureVera Apps), and the underlying API infrastructure.
"Reverse Engineering"
Includes any attempt to decompile, decrypt, or otherwise derive source code from our optimized binaries—strictly prohibited.

Actions that intentional or unintentionally increase server latency or exploit draw-call efficiencies for other users.

By utilizing StructureVera services, you agree to operate within the defined parameters of our mobile and web applications. This includes a strict prohibition on the use of automated scrapers, bots, or unauthorized exploits that target our backend API response stability.
Architectural Rules:

Users must not inject malicious scripts or bypass the 'App Tracking Transparency' (ATT) limits established by platform providers.

Commercial redistribution of our technical architecture, including UI/UX maps and monetization structures, is strictly forbidden without written consent.

Accessing the platform from restricted regions or through high-latency VPNs that compromise multiplayer synchronization is at the user's risk.
StructureVera reserves the right to throttle or terminate connections that demonstrate irregular Daily Active User (DAU) retention curves or other signals suggestive of non-human interaction.

Every pixel, line of code, and architectural decision within the Vera Architecture Map is the exclusive property of StructureVera (Alexanderplatz 5, Berlin).
Proprietary Logic
Our monetization ethics lenses and engine compatibility matrices are trade secrets developed for the German and global markets. Unauthorized duplication is a direct violation of EU Intellectual Property laws.
User Contribution
Any feedback or technical suggestions provided regarding latency thresholds or draw-call optimizations become the property of StructureVera upon submission to info@structurevera.pro.

Downside: 100% uptime is mathematically impossible due to unpredictable global server node failures.
MITIGATION: StructureVera maintains a 99.9% API response stability target and provides regional failovers in Berlin and secondary hubs.

Downside: High-latency connections may result in occasional state-sync failures in multiplayer modes.
MITIGATION: We implement client-side prediction algorithms to mask 30-100ms jitter, ensuring a smoother aesthetic experience.
[03] LEGACY HARDWARE
Downside: Entry-level smartphones may experience thermal throttling during high draw-call sequences.
MITIGATION: Our apps include 'Vera-Lite' rendering modes that automatically adjust visual fidelity to preserved battery life.
[04] THIRD-PARTY ADS
Downside: Third-party ad networks may occasionally serve content incompatible with all browser localized settings.
